What makes BloomShrubs plants special?
Our nursery specializes in rare and exceptional plants that elevate garden spaces. From our exclusive Rare Azaleas collection to unique Topiary specimens, each plant is carefully cultivated with horticultural expertise. We particularly pride ourselves on our Rare Conifers and flowering varieties that are difficult to find elsewhere.
Do you offer seasonal plants?
While many of our plants like Camellias and Gardenias have seasonal blooming periods, we maintain year-round availability of healthy specimens. Our Rare Perennials and Groundcover Plants are excellent choices for continuous garden interest.
How are your plants prepared for shipping?
Each plant is personally prepared by our horticultural team using specialized packaging methods developed through years of shipping delicate plants worldwide. We ensure proper moisture levels and protection for delicate foliage and roots during transit.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for secure international transactions. All payments are processed through our encrypted checkout system.
Is there a minimum order amount?
While there’s no minimum order requirement, orders over $50 qualify for our Free Shipping option via EMS. For smaller orders, our flat-rate Standard Shipping is just $12.95.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placement?

Do you ship to my country?
We ship globally to most countries, excluding parts of Asia and certain remote regions. During checkout, our system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your location.
What should I do when my plants arrive?
Your package will include detailed care instructions for acclimating your plants. We recommend being available to receive your delivery (which typically arrives in the morning) and promptly unpacking your plants to begin the acclimation process.
Returns & Guarantees
What if my plants arrive damaged?
We offer a 15-day window from delivery date for returns if your plants don’t arrive in perfect condition. Simply contact our plant care team at [email protected] with photos of the concern, and we’ll make it right.
Do you provide plant care advice after purchase?

Can I return plants that aren’t doing well in my garden?
While we can’t accept returns for plants that have been planted, we’re happy to provide care advice to help them flourish. Our Happiness Guarantee specifically covers the condition upon arrival.
