• Plant sizes are estimates and may vary seasonally

3. Ordering and Payment Terms

We offer two shipping methods for our delicate plants:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

4.2 Delivery Responsibilities

Once plants leave our nursery, the following applies:

• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
• Someone must be available to receive live plant shipments
• Delays due to customs or weather are beyond our control
• We cannot ship to certain Asian countries or remote regions

5. Returns and Plant Guarantees

5.1 Our Horticultural Commitment

We guarantee our rare plants will arrive healthy and true to description. However, living plants require special consideration:

5.2 Eligible Returns (15 Days)

• Plants arriving damaged/diseased (must report within 48 hours with photos)
• Incorrect items shipped
• Non-living merchandise (planters, tools) in original condition

5.3 Non-Returnable Items

• Rare plant collections marked “final sale”
• Custom topiaries or special orders
• Plants removed from original packaging
• Seasonal clearance items
